OOOO NICE!!, ibis paint too pretty cool!, i think you need so make the fish a little slower, or even better have the different schools of fish have different speeds while also managing to loop at the end, the also seem to be on the layer ABOVE the glass so try putting them under, its a small detail but would make it better and more realistic, good job though man keep it up!!

too many god damn sound effects, barely has any animation, the way things play out seem so so corny from all the sound effects it completely detaches the funny element of the scene, you used to make way better stuff back then man, you really dont need to rush these, you still draw good you make good art but it just seems so much more automatic for you now, just dishing these out with no quality control, i just wish you better in the future man

The sound effects are good, the drawing quality is good and the comic scene is funny, that there is hardly any animation is not really a problem to tell a story, really your complaint is absurd.
